Very lively kinda sweet, drys out at the end, medium body... Vanilla, peachy tart flavorful... Decent aroma, not crazy though, sour but not to the point of puckering... Nice beer, not really funky...
Bottle thanks to Gibson. Pours a cloudy gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is strong peach flesh, funk, oak. Thin body, tart peach, stone fruit, light funk, oak, really enjoyed this.

Bottle: 54/204. Huge thanks to Chris for this bottle. Mostly clear, orange & copper colored pour with an off-white, fuzzy head that fades rather quickly. Lovely vinous, white wine grape & peach skin aroma with juicy citrus, floral perfume, mildly acetic vinegar tones, a hint of lemon, & some sopping wet barnyard hay funk towards the finish. Reminds me a little of Ananke, only more peachy. Vibrant flavors of sour lemon, vinegar, peach juice, lactic acid, mild yogurt, & white grape pop out with each sip. Sour, puckering, with a good amount of musty barnyard funk towards mid-palate. A mild acidic burn as it goes down, leaving the palate coated with a dry bit of oak, lemon, & stone fruit skin sharpness. An awesome sour, & right up my alley. Bottle: The aroma consists of light peach, a touch of cola, lemon, and a touch of vinegar. It pours a transparent golden-orange with a small white head that quickly fades to a very fine ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of cola. There is a touch of vinegar in the middle. The finish has heavy sour lemon and a touch of oak. It’s light-medium bodied with mild carbonation.

From notes. Tasted on 6/30/12 at the 1st Annual Chimipalooza, from a 650mL bomber bottle. Pours clear brassy golden with an average white head that leaves a thin collar of lace. The nose is sour and funky with tons of lemon, white wine vinegar, and fresh peach. The flavor is super sour and dry, with the peach skin, tons of lemon acidity, and a bit of vinous acetic. The body is medium and plenty tannic with light carbonation and a long very sour finish.
A - pours a hazy dried apricot yellow no real head. S - wow. This smells really nice. Acidic and fruity with the right amount of sweetness. Lemony, cheese funk, yeast, citrusy white wine and dried apricots. M - sour but holds short of being abrasive. Light medium body with a slick mf. Low carb and dry. T - mmmm. Such a nice combo of acidic lemony tartness, dried apricots, light cheese funk, white wine, honey, dried grasses. O - another nice beer from Jackie-o's. Bottle share. Hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slightly on the sweet side with notes of peach, vanilla, and butter (eh). This brew was impressive from the start - pouring a hazy yellow body with a soft head. The aroma smelled of basement funk, wet oak and peaches. More oak and tart with a sour kick make for a roller coaster of flavors. Officially a fan of Jacki-Os now.
