375 ml bottle in a trade with Jstax, thanks Jeremy! 2017 vintage. Murky brown color, no head. Aroma shows sour oak, weak bourbon, cherry skin. The body is lighter side of medium with a oily/ slick mouthfeel. Flavor is the aroma with oak showing as the main character. Hints of figs. Alcohol is pretty well hidden. Pretty much the most mellow barrel aged Jackie O's I have ever sampled. AdamChandler (5252) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - MAR 3, 2018
375ml from AFH. dark reddish black. 1 finger head. It actually gushed? smells slightly tart with molasses and caramel. very tart, red wine, cherry, whiskey. i think this is infected. nimbleprop (9059) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - DEC 27, 2017
375ml pours a dark caramel brown with a ring of beige head. Nose is wicked boozy, cheap whiskey, raisins, some soggy wood, some tobacco leaf. Flavor has some sweetness, malt, caramel, bread, whiskey, wood, tobacco, soil. Full bodied, boozy finish. Maybe this can mellow, but its a mess as is. jredmond (8982) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 8, 2017
Draft shared at the Rez, VT during the BP party. Pours a deep amber red body with thin off white lace. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with notes of sweet caramel, sugar, vanilla and faint wood character. It's okay for what it is - it's just tough to get behind an 11% American Strong these days... j12601 (13610) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 3, 2017
Pouring at the RBSG17 Grand Tasting. Pours a deep brown with a thin tan head. Big and musky on the nose, soft funk. Medium bodied, soft acid, big berries and cherry. Warm vanilla and wood, tangy.

Bottle at RBSG. Pours a reddish hue with a medium white head. A big fruity bourbon nose. Big fruity berry flavor, caramel, toffee, light bourbon, cocoa. A bit hot. Very good, awesome beer. phaleslu (11071) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 2, 2017
375 ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a deep, dark, hazy chestnut brown with a small tan head that settles into a thin ring. Notes of dark and dried fruits (figs, black cherries, dates), vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, chocolate, oak, bourbon, mild roasted and toasted malts, and cola. Medium-bodied, with low carbonation and a sweet, smooth, slightly muddled mouthfeel that coats the palate upon finishing. This one drinks slightly older than it is, so I would not age it if you still have one. Starting to get a little flat and fruity. But still good overall. jake65 (4034) - Meridian, Idaho, USA - JUL 30, 2017
Bottle at RBSG. Pours a dark brown color with a small tan head. Aroma is heavily sweet with bourbon barrel notes and dark pitted fruits. Pretty sweet taste and a little boozy, dark fruits and lots of barrel influence. Sledutah (8127) - Utah, USA - JUL 29, 2017
