A: The pour is a dark mahogany color with a finger or two worth of off-white head.
S: The nose is quite fruity, with lots of sour cherries and a hint of under-ripe plums. The acetic nature of the beer is there, but not overly powerful.
T: A good sour cherry flavor along with a bit of oak and (strangely) some chocolate notes (oxidation?). Fairly earthy and somewhat dry, but a decent amount of sweetness seems to have been retained.
M: The body is medium with a strong carbonation and a slight dry quality on the finish.
D: I quite liked this beer, especially after having a couple of terrible Oud Bruins lately. Dedollewaitor (16387) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 12, 2010
