Nice bretty funkin cherry tart, wood, nail polish remover, earth. Great beer. Wish i had time to get more than a 4 oz sample of this... fiver29 (1036) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - OCT 21, 2009
On tap at the Beer Engine pours cloudy red amber color with off white head. Aroma has hints of tart cherry, acetone, barnyard funk, and leather. Smooth mouthfeel with a lot of tiny bubbles playful as the carbonation is very light. Flavor very complex. There are layers of acetone, barnyard, funk, tart cherry, leather, and finishes dry. None overpowers the other and each flavor compliments the other as this is one smooth brew. A real pleasure to try.
