The New Zealand hops are highly evident in this IPA. It gives the beer a unique taste. I would personally say, the hop is almost tangy like. Overall, worth trying, even if just for the clean water with New Zealand hop. jsquire (4488) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - OCT 14, 2014
Light amber color with a foamy ivory head. Big sweet honey nose with ripe fruit and alcohol vapors. Wow this is a big beer. Melted caramel, ripe apples, honey, sweet orange peel, mango, and hints of cat piss. Nice warming alcohol. This is a huge sipping beer. DialSquare (5028) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - SEP 25, 2014
Growler from Daily Growler, UA. Orange pour, big white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, fruit esters. Tastes are Jai Alai - esque with the big tropical fruit balanced nicely with caramel, grass, resiny, pine and light spice. Great stuff. phaleslu (10246) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 24, 2014
Draft at Jackie-O’s on the Public House side. Pours a clear orange-gold with a small but lasting eggshell white head that laces the glass. Notes of tropical and citrus fruits (orange, pineapple, mango), caramel, florals, grass, and some nuts. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a bitter, resinous mouthfeel. Very nice double IPA. michcam8 (565) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - DEC 21, 2013
From a growler. Pours hazy orangish glow with a nice white head. Good amount of citrus hop aroma on the nose. Flavor of orange, grapefruit, and sweet malt. Bittering, dry finish. Good double IPA.

Draft at Dutch’s. Pours a clear golden color with a large fluffy white head that leaves thick lace. The aroma and flavor have a welcoming tropical fruit character, citrus, some sweet caramel malts, a white pepper spicy touch witha moderate bitterness to the finish. Very drinkable, solid offering ffrom a not quite so local brewery. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 15, 2013
On tap at Dutch’s. Perfectly clear golden orange color. Good off-white head, fades to a thin amount, leaves plenty good lace. Bigger body. Smooth, lighter lightly soft carbonation. Good fullness to the texture. Big bitter taste, light to moderate sweetness, light alcohol heat to it. Very big resiny tropical fruity and citrusy hop aroma to it. Light hoppy bite in the finish. Some caramel. Excellent, complex DIPA. Tmoney99 (14460) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 15, 2013
Draft. Poured clear light copper color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus earthy hop aroma. Medium to full body with dry slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy smooth bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a standout beer. b3shine (8870) - Indiana, USA - DEC 14, 2013
Draft to snifter at Dutch’s. Looks good; a transparent golden orange with foamy white head. Smells good too; nice and hoppy with big peach notes and a fairly sweet pale malt backbone. Tastes like it smells with a nice, smooth mouthfeel. A good example of the style! Travlr (24667) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - DEC 14, 2013
Drat at the source. Hazy golden color, fluffy white head. Aroma of beautiful tropical fruit. Taste is bitter peach, mango. Delicious.
