4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a peachy pink salmon color with a trace of bubble. On the nose its ripe tart raspberry right upfront with some back notes of funky wood, jello, fruity pebbles and some lemon. On the palate its a perfect balance between sweet sour and tart. Round jello smoothness of fresh raspberries on the front sliding into a tart sour funky mid palate and a juicy fruit heavy finish. Nice touches of barrel funk and sourness... a real treat !
Bottle shared on the bus during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours unclear reddish pink with a foamy, white head. Great stuff, with solid tart bite, tangy berries, moderate acidity. Light to medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Finishes with more refreshing acidity, dried berries. Very good beer. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - NOV 17, 2015
damn this is tart. Extremely strong tart (tooth enamel removing tartness) flavors throughout. Though to get anything else, I guess they say raspberries, can only get that from the color. mcberko (18979) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 6, 2015
22 oz. bottle, pours a fairly clear pinkish red with almost no head. Nose brings out shitloads of raspberries, some lacto and a touch of barrels. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of raspberries, lacto, perfumey notes and vinous qualities. Acetic and tart on the finish, but not overly so, not overly complex. Pretty good, but nothing special. weihenweizen (4127) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - OCT 15, 2015

Bottle shared by Douglas. Thanks!
A: Sharp red, pink tinted head.
N: Raspberries, grapefruit and lemon rind, touch of cherry, oak, vinegar, acetone, and wine grape. Must and attic.
T: Sharply sour. Very little sweetness.
M: Light body, prickly carbonation.
O: I really like raspberry beers. This is no exception. Recommended. douglas88 (9632) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 16, 2014
Bomber. Pours a red color with a large pinkish head. A huge fresh berry nose, vanilla, oak, very funky. Tart, oak, massive raspberries, very fresh tasting, a bit of vanilla. This comes in much like a lambic and is full of Brett goodness, but the show is all in the fruit additions. Very good. Actually awesome. gEUS (1637) - Linden, BELGIUM - JUL 16, 2014
Bottle shared by a kind soul at Kulminator. Pours intense reddish pink with a tiny light pink head. Intense fresh raspberry juice aroma’s, together with lemon and lime peel. Highly sour body wbut with an explosion of fresh fruits. Lacks a bit of debt and complexity but nice, very nice (makes one think about De Cam Framboise). Only little tart.
