Draft. A golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of funk, brettanomyces, fruits, malt, and hops, leading to a tart finish. koleminer20 (3591) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JAN 20, 2017
From notes. Enjoyed at a tasting at Corbet’s house on December 21. 22 oz bottle. The pour is a lighter golden yellow color with a smaller white head that vanishes quickly without any trace left. The aroma is surprisingly complex. There is a nice tropical fruitiness up front with a big funk throughout. There is a light oak, a hint of citrus, and a bit of tartness to it. It’s complex, but not what you’d expect. The flavor is equally interesting. The tropical fruit fades in favor of a stronger funk and citrus, and the oak really brings up the back end. The mouth feel is quite watery and light. There isn’t a lot of carbonation and the aftertaste is really funky oak with a hint of fruit. It’s an interesting finish to a rather strange beer. zvikar (6167) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - NOV 19, 2016

Draft @ CBC 2015. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak sour bretty citrus aroma. Fruity sour bretty citrus flavor. Has a fruity sour bretty citrus spicy finish. joeneugs (6371) - Livermore, California, USA - JUN 24, 2016
22 oz. bottle. It pours a clear light golden color with an off white head. The aroma is nice and crisp with peach, pineapple ,mango, lime, a little bit of funk and a complex acid profile. Very nice. The flavor is funky, lightly phenolic and bitter with good notes of orange, lime, mango and pineapple. The subtle brett phenols mingle with the bitterness to provide a counter point to the lightly acidic sourness. Not off putting in any way. Light bodied. Really good stuff.

Good, although not quite at the heights of some of the other beers we had that night. hackobock (4029) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 14, 2015

White head. Hazy orange body.
Aroma has a beautiful and clean (chalky) brett aroma. Some light crispy (yellow) fruit tones and some floral tints. Also a light lacto tint. Smells good, very inviting. Vinous, funky and saison/farm tints. Nice!
Flavour starts subtle tart with yellow fruit and than turns towards a more bitter. Tints of floral, herbs and wood. Funky and again some barn and Saison tints.
Aftertaste is bitter, herbal, light funk, wood, tobacco and fruit...
Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, good medium bodied.
Very pleasant beer, subtle and not to deep but easy and tastefull.
