22 oz. bottle from Treebute, shared in the line outside Zwanze. Pours pale, hazy, yellow, with a big, off-white head. The aroma is lemon zest, cloves, musty hay and horse blanket, and some hard cheese. A bit sweet, with a slightly tart, dry finish. Light body, crisp, acidic, and lively. This is a very balanced, dry, saison. Simple and immaculate!

Bottle pour at FoFA. Hazy green-ish straw golden with a medium white head, good retention, leaving little lacing. Aroma is nicely herbal forward with lemon, some underlying funk and mild spiciness. Taste is quite lemony and herbal with moderate tartness, mild spiciness and a bit of funk. Medium-light body. Moderate carbonation. Lemony and mildly spicy finish. Very good lemony sour. Well balanced despite the spices. Fresh.

Cloudy gold. 2 finger white head. Smells like a pepper lemonade. Oh yeah. Lemon, watermelon, pepper and a lot of herbs.

Bottle courtesy of goryshkewych. Cheers, George! Pours a yellow- orange with a white head. Nose is citrus, lemon, dust, mild yeast, pepper, spice, and some sweetness. Flavor starts off with malt, lemon, pepper and herbs then moves to lemon verbena with yeast and some funk with a yeast and somewhat dry finish. Light to medium in body with lingering funk and yeast with lemon in the finish. Nice saison overall.

Pours a true golden with a fluffy eggshell head that leaves some soapy lace behind. Nose involves lemony citrus, herbal notes, and some underlying funk. Somewhat sweet, quite tart. Effervescent, medium body, with a dry toasty earthy finish. Very good, lucky to try.
