Draft at Jackie Os Brewpub, 7/14/14. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of spicy, herbal hops, green apple, bready malt. The taste is bitter resin, herbal hops, green apple, pale malt. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, overly bitter and a bit astringent.

Draft at Jackie os. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white hea. The aroma and flavor have dry pale malts, grassy, mild llemon zest, floral and herbal hops, some spices to the finish, another decent beer to accompany the food.

Tap sample. Poured a clear orange-copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus, floral and yeast aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy citrus sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectation where exceeded.

Draft in a sampler from the Public House side. Pours a cloudy gold color with a small, lasting white head. Notes of bready malts, florals, dry grains, straw, subtle mixed fruits, and husky earth. No spice to this one. Light-bodied, with low carbonation and a dry, bready mouthfeel. Good saison for warm weather.

Both on tap at the brewpub, and more savoured in a growler. Yellow with minimal head A good farmhouse yeast. Very drinkable. Lemon citrus and summer.

Sample at Jackie Os as part of Ohio Brew Week. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit and spiced hops. Light-bodied with flavors of ripe fruit, peppery yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

More of a mild saison than anything as the aroma, taste, and appearance were below what is to be expected of this style. The head was very small and while there was a dryness to this it also was more on the sweet side leaving me underwhelmed.

Taster on tap the brewpub. Clear golden color. Minimal white head. Awesome floral, little spicy (kind of on the savory side - sage) nose. Medium body. Light, crisp carbonation. Dry finish. Kind of savory. Legit, indeed.
