A citrus explosion. Small white head, beer has an orangeish hue. Aroma is strong citrus, orange/grapefruit with no plastic undercurrents, nice. Taste is high citrus hops, grapefruit, yet still balanced, with good viscosity. Finish lingers but not as long nor as pronounced as I would of thought from the hop content. Very nice beer.
RBSG16 Grand Tasting. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Soft citrus, musk, a bit of lemon peel. Medium bodied, soft citrus, a bit of hops. Slow citrus, gentle sweetness into the finish, a bit of musk.

7/26/16. 12oz can thanks to markwise! Orange pour with a nice khaki head. Nice aroma, tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus. Good flavor, mild citrus and fruitiness, caramel, crackery pale malts. Tasty. koleminer20 (3599) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - AUG 9, 2016
Shared at an Ann Arbor get together at Jeff’s on July 20. Poured from a can, I can’t recall is it was a 12 or crowler. The pour is a clear-ish golden yellow with a big white head that slowly falls, leaving a couple spots of lace. The aroma is pretty good. There is a nice dank citra hop up front with a lot of bitter rind and pine resin. This isn’t anything like I was expecting for a citra IPA. The flavor is much of the same. There is a little more juiciness to it, but it’s really dank, bitter, and dry. The mouth feel is thinner and light with a decent carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. It’s really interesting. I don’t think I’ve ever had a citra beer this dank and bitter.

Can in Seattle. Huge thanks to Pruf, best of the box so far! Thin foamy head, hazy clean orange. Delicious fruit, clean and very fresh. Pineapple, mild pith, sweet and juicy. Modest bitter with a clean, sharp alcohol helping to balance it all. A touch of resin at finish, coating. Terrific and delicious. jhamp9 (1864) - Corinth, Texas, USA - JUL 25, 2016
