On tap at Giant Eagle in Upper Arlington. Amber pour with thin off-white head. Aroma of earthy, pine, resiny citrus. Tastes are caramel malt, tropical fruit, pine. Good balance. Just happened to try Centennial version yesterday and think I like this a bit better - less bitter more citrus maybe. Both good though. Daytonbeer (730) - Ohio, USA - DEC 21, 2013
Pours gold with white head and nice lacing. Aroma of citrus hops. Taste is loaded with citrus and piney hops, some musk, and bready malts. Very nice. BeerandBlues2 (13199) - Escondido, California, USA - DEC 13, 2013
Tap at the brewery. Pours lightly hazy orange with a medium, frothy off-white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is citrus and herbal hops, biscuit malt and pear esters. Flavor is heavy hops and bitterness, light malt and fruity esters with a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. Travlr (24274) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - DEC 13, 2013
Draft at the source. Cloudy golden yellow color, thick off white head. Aroma of bright orange peel and pine. Taste is bitter, biting, refreshing Grand Marnier and pine. OPIE788 (337) - Ohio, USA - DEC 13, 2013
Draft. Golden color white head. Apricot and citrus nose. Aprocot and pine resin are the only things I tasted. I don’t think I like Columbus hops.

On tap at the pub. Orange beer with a small, foamy off white head. Nose of honey sweetness with orange peel and hints of earth. Very fresh orange peel flavor, with apricot and hop flavored Jolly Rancher candy. Light caramel and honey sweetness. Noticeable alcohol in the finish with a long, dry grapefruit rind tail. Intense hop beer. phaleslu (10099) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 18, 2013
Draft sample at the Public House. Pours a hazy gold color with a small white head. The aroma isn’t particularly strong, but the flavor is profound and pronounced: citrus peel, straw, fresh-cut grass, herbs, pepper. The citrus peel bitterness gets increasingly strong on the finish and lingers for a while. Light-bodied, with a dry, bitter mouthfeel and low carbonation. Really unique IPA. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - JUL 8, 2013
On draft at 1808 in Columbus, OH. Pours a mildly hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is big caramel with some citrus, pineapple, slight pine, and big citrus. Flavor is similar with a nice malt backbone, some pineapple, citrus, lemon, and grapefruit. Medium in body and lingering citrus in the finish. Very nice dipa. sfontain (851) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 21, 2013
Draft sample at The Pint Room, 6/19/2013. Not completely sure this is the right beer since the bar menu lists this at 8.2% abv which doesn’t seem to fit any of the Jackie O’s Mandala beers on their website. Anyway... Honey-amber, small frothy white head, strong lacing. Reminds me of Lagunitas Sucks and a couple others; loads of pineapple and grapefruit, with plenty of pine. Tons of hops but just shy of overdone. Full bodied for the style. Really nice. JaBier (7806) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - JUN 4, 2013
Sample at Jackie O’s on 4/21/13. Pours a clear gold color with a medium off-white head. Malty nose with notes of lemon, grapefruit, pepper and pine. Malty and piney flavor with a big, bitter grapefruit peel finish.
