COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is that big sticky hop elixir that I have always wanted to brew. Columbus and Warrior hops lend an assertive bitterness. Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial hops give this beer tons of great flavors of grapefruit, tangerines, and pine needles. A big dry hop addition of Amarillo and Simcoe give Mystic Mama a nose to stand up to the flavor. Soon to be a year round addition.

A west coast styled IPA that uses 5 different hops (Centennial, Amarillo, Warrior, Simcoe, Columbus) giving it tons of flavor, aroma, and an assertive bitterness. 7% abv with the ability to get you hop trigger firing!

On tap @ Ei8ht Ball / Bellevue KY --- Aroma of rich musty malt. Clear light amber, white head that drops to a cover, sheets of lace. Taste is rich musty malt (just like the aroma). Pine hops arrive at the same time as edgy carbonation. Hops easily conquer the long finish. Big and bold, but still only good, not great.

12oz can from The Grateful Ed. Poured a medium density bright copper body with an average sized white fluffy head. Aroma/flavor of tropical fruit, dank weed, rotting old orange marmalade topped bread. Medium to slightly fuller body, softer to average carbonation and a dry finish. Solid beer.

APPEARANCE- very light golden yellow with significant head creation. NOSE- light tropical fruit scents waft from the glass. Very enjoyable. FLAVOR- supports the scent nicely. Lighter IPA, on the bright fruity flavor end of the spectrum. NOTES- great IPA for hot summer days.

12oz can pours a murky orange with some lacing white head. Nose has orange and lemon peels, soap, grass, biscuit and grist. Flavor has citrus pith, some muddled citrus juice too, grist, soap, spruce. Dry finish. Nice flagship.

Poured from can. Pours pale golden color with white head. Aroma is grapefruit and dank pine. Nice grapefruit flavor up front and juicy citrus. Finishes dry grapefruit and bitter grapefruit peel. Very nice. Thanks Maxbier for this fine brew.

Darker orange pour from a can at OMalleys in the Alley in Cincinnati. Dank fruit flavor on this. Oak and bubblegum. Bitter. Fruits. Not bad but not my favorite of theirs

Pours hazy straw lemon with a white head. Aroma is smooth lightly sweetened lemon and lavender. Flavor of dry lemony hops that continues to get dryer in such a smooth sublte way as it never bites and calmly settles on the palate.

On tap near source. Clear golden with white head. Piney citrus aroma. Big holy traditional American IPA flavors: piney citrus with plenty of bitterness lingering pine. Lovely. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can thanks to Matt B! Fresher can. Clear gold in color, thin lasting head. Great aroma, tropical fruits, floral and pine dankness. Nice Simcoe notes. Bitterness lingers for a good amount. Texture is sticky with some dankness. Pretty good flavor, was surprised.
