Interesting stuff. Pours hazy golden with lasting white cap that fades to a millimeter, clingy. Aroma is tropical with a tiny funk, slight pine. Flavor is similar and tasty with a mid-sip blast of juice and bitter, but never too bitter. Very smooth and easy drinking . Jack's definitely knows IPLs. malrubius (3020) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - OCT 26, 2017
Can from Brewfest. Bright gold with chill haze lasting puffy head and lace. Mango tangerine with some floral and hay. Medium sweet honey mango stone fruit with light spicy bitterness and lingering sweet mango melon. Medium body fairly low carbo a little cloying and sticky. I prefer IPAs the texture, the dryness. Still, pretty good. meccahh69lol (354) - New Haven, Connecticut, USA - OCT 18, 2017
ooh boy, this is a great beer, probably the best from Jack's Abby, who are one of my favorite breweries. It has a dense aroma of rich resiny weedy hops with a wobble of almost bretty funk dancing around the sides, complex and endearing. The appearance is a cosmic citrus cloud of dankitude with a thin head and a feverish opaqueness. The taste is a blast of rolling complex citrus/pine hops with a little funkiness and a dose of pineapple present as well. It is delightful and splendid. I am considering clearing out my local supermarket of their stock of this tomorrow I like it so much. Good for a post juicing chill down and halt and catch sesh with your blankie boo.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Epsom Circle Market. Appearance is cloudy yellow-orange with fine light and dark particulates, decent sparkle and finger-width fizzy white head with fair retention and light soapy lacing. Aroma is strong tropical fruits, citrus with light pine. Taste is brief, initial sweet tropical fruit followed by strong resin bitter with grapefruit and a light herbal quality. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and mix of sweet and bitter, crisp, dry finish. Overall, there are bold flavors and aromas here with a decent amount of complexity. Nice. DiarmaidBHK (5913) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 1, 2017
Sampler at brewery. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves trace lacing in the glass. Solid citrus and floral hop notes on the nose and tongue. Finished with some fairly big bitter pine notes. Interesting. Slipstream (2702) - USA - APR 29, 2017
Draft from Whole Foods. Interesting brew for sure. It seemed like a British IPA to me but it it’s called an imperial pilsner/lager here. Sweet and grassy, medium weight, notes of lemon verbena, chamomile, capsicum, maybe saaz and fuggles. Clean on the palate with a mild after taste. A good one. mansquito (6904) - Nueva York, New York, USA - APR 21, 2017
The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours deep golden with a white head. Aroma is citrus, tropical fruity. Taste is mostly fruity. Not very sweet or very bitter. Easy to drink. Pretty dank. gripweed57 (2865) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - APR 8, 2017
16 ounce can. Hazy deep gold color. Large frothy white head. Nice clinging lace. Big dank hop aroma with citrus notes. Flavor upfront is intense complex hops. Resiny, dank and juicy. All this attention to hops is clearly evident. Notes of mint, lemon verbena, Thai basil, grapefruit and a late grab of toasted malt. Warming alcohol notes. Quite tasty, this one.
