4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle thanks to ILOVESTOUTS, served in a Hill Farmstead stem.
Pour: Hazy golden yellow. Really vibrant and almost glowing. Big two and a have finger fluffy, snow white head. Leaves tons of clean sticky lacing. Beautiful.
Smell: Big grapefruit, melon, and pine right off the bat. Some light breadyness, but barely. Not super big on the nose but really bright.
Taste: Woah. HUGE grapefruit, melons, and clean pine, followed by a deep citrus bitterness. Just bright all around. This beer is standout. A nice bread dough sweetness just supplements This is no where close to balance, and I love it.
Mouthfeel: It drinks like a Hill Farmstead DIPA. To me, that about the highest mouthfeel praise there is. Incredibly juicy, this beer approaches S&S5 levels of drinkability. Great bitterness, but in the raw fruit sense. Amazing.
Overall: This beer is better than nearly every DIPA I’ve ever had. Just a stellar beer in every regard. Jack’s Abbey hit a grand slam here. I don’t want this again, I NEED this again.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour from a can, consistent amber color and not cloudy. Slight head. Taste is sweet with a hop bite. Very smooth and not much aftertaste. I recommend for anyone who finds 2x IPA too aggressive. Nicely done.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
16oz can. This is a great rendition of the "Double India Pale Lager" concept, with an obscene amount of tropical fruit hop character and a very light, basically imperceptible lager yeast flavor. It drinks like a DIPA, which is a high compliment.

16oz can. Pours hazy gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is floral hops, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, and grass. Taste is similar with delicate pineapple and grapefruit up front giving way to resiny pine, grain, and a strong malt presence. Strong bitterness. Finishes a little harsh with acrid resin. Medium-full body. Soft carbonation. Silky, thick mouthfeel.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can from Milk and Hops, Chelsea. Hazy orange pour, frothy beige head and strong lacework. Juicy, fruity aroma. Good amount of dank hops as well. Floral notes. Grains and bready spice. Fairly bitter over a pretty strong malt presence. Fairly full bodied, crisp, with average carbonation and a little bit of boozy heat. Pretty enjoyable.
