Cask at GBBF 2015, one of the few International Beers I tried there. It poured a rich reddish-brown with a thin head. The nose is roasty , chili and toffee. Smooth silky med-light body. The taste is syrupy chocolate/caramel, smoked maple and fudge. Delicious.

Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours hazy deep brown with a small bubbly tan head. The nose is rich, oily, smoked malt, earth roast and bacon frazzles. The taste is rich, bitter-sweet, earthy, cocoa, smoked malt, light spice, wood and perhaps faint vanilla with a dry, woody finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Sweet-bitter-smoky. Not much depth, but it is pretty enjoyable.
