Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Aroma is pilsner malts, light cracker with noble and grassy hops. Appearance is slightly hazy pale greenish-yellow with minimal sparkle, fizzy three-finger width white head with fair retention and minimal soapy lacing. Taste is pilsner malt cracker with light sweetness. Palate is light bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and dry finish. Overall, pretty true to traditional European stylings. Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, fruity malt, moderate to heavy agner, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops, earthy - dusty notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dry, fruity malt, grain, malt, grass - dusty, light earthy - dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ home. Thanks for sending this one, Shawn. I guess I don’t have a palate, as I liked this a lot. Sort of a hazed golden pour with a smaller white head. Great honey, biscuit, and bready malts.
