Cloudy pale gold pour with a thick white head. The nose is softly
spicy and peppery. There’s a little bit of light minerally character
as well as some nice lemon and passionfruit. Really tasty. Cleanly
bittered. Lovely. NikkTwist (3191) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 5, 2015
Draft at Bierstube. Light gold pour with a generous amount of white froth on top. Thick top layer of lace. Big pilsener malt flavors. Lightly toasted puffed wheat. Pretzel dough. Honey bread. Dry grassy florals. Lemon thyme. Parsley. Chamomile. Oak barrels tannins. Faint hint of citrus sour. Rounded finish. A pilsener brewed as a lager. jamaty (2118) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUN 4, 2015

Bottle from wegmans. Pours clear yellow with a medium sized white head that has solid retention. The aroma is floral and well balanced with the light malt. The taste has a light grassy note, light bitterness, a bit dry on the finish.

Where and how: PG / bottle 355 ml
Aroma dry, traditional in style of Northern German Pils, good malt base.
Top: lasting, mid-sized, bright white cap.
Base: fine haze on straw gold.
Palate : medium bodied with fuller rounded approach. Very nice depth of malt. Average carbonation. Lasting impression.
Taste: balanced, with good idea. Nothing crazy going on here. Just straight German Pils you might have somewhere in Central Europe.
