Bottle shared by lushawn- thanks again, LoShonn! Pours a clear gold with a small white head that lasts a long time. Aroma of grass, vegetables, wet dough, dust, and straw. Flavor of grass, dry grains, dough, apples, sawdust, and vegetables. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a doughy, vegetal mouthfeel that dries up at the end. Not bad but too vegetal for my liking. nimbleprop (8591) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - OCT 6, 2012

On tap @ Tip Tap Room (Boston). Slightly hazy bright golden with a low white head and some lacing. Aroma is of fresh cereals, wet grass, light honey and light skunky notes. Taste is mostly of grass along with fresh cereals, light skunky notes and light sweetness. Medium body. Low carbonation. Clean mouthfeel. Easy to drink and not unpleasant, but a tad too "green" for my liking. Glouglouburp (6103) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 24, 2013
In short: A clean golden lager with mild wet-grassy hop profile. Ok.Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - NOV 8, 2012
How: Bottle 500ml. Consumed fresh a few days after it was picked-up at the brewery. A few dozen of bottles graciously offered by the brewery to someone who was coming up to the HF Harvest 2012 Festival. The bottles were then spread around, big thanks to the brewery and the gentleman who acted as the middle-man.
The look: Partly cloudy pale golden body topped by a small white head.
In long: Nose has some wet grass, fresh cereals, wet basement. Taste is fresh chewy/doughy cereals, wet grass. vegetal notes, light citrusy notes. Not much bitterness here. Full body with plenty of soft bubbles, very pleasant mouthfeel. Very clean and easy to drink, nourishing and refreshing but also unexciting. A pleasant beer that I got for free at the HF Harvest Festival by someone who was giving away Jack’s Abby bottles, and it amazes me how most people always seem to forget that it is totally alright to give me beer, lots of it.
a very clean fresh crisp beer, this is pretty impressive. I like that very clean finish thornecb (5992) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 10, 2012
Pours pale gold into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Sweet caramel aromas. Sweet caramel upfront turning to earthy resin before the lasting sweet doughy finish
