Cloudy dark brown color, with a medium sized head, lasting shorter than usual weizen. Aroma is roasted malts, ash. Taste is wheat, roasted malts, some licorice. Sweetish beer, watery texture, light body. Not bad, but not the best example of the style.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of banana and grain, and touches of caramel. Ditto taste. Sweetish, estery aftertaste with grainy touches. Decent.

Bottle, 5.3% as Jacob Dunkles Weissbier. Banana and ash aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Big stable off-white head. The flavour is mildly sweet and nicely caramelly with a low bitterness. There is some ripe banana, but not fat or really sweet. Caramelly finish. Nice and refreshing. Very good for the style.

Bottle 50cl. Hazy to loudy amber brown, large frothy off-white head, mostly diminising, light lacing; aroma is wheat, banana, caramel, yeasty; taste is medium sweet, light sourish touch, fruity, wheaty, average duration; medium body, watery to creamy texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste is mild sweetbitter, yeasty notes, with a sourish touch at the end; a fresh and pleasant Weizen.

0,5 l bottle. Pours out in a dark red brown, big light tanned head. As expected banana, yeast and darker wheat on the nose. Taste is more dry fruity, clove, wheat then yeast. Mid sweetness. Not bad.
