COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. [thanks bigbro]
Pours clear golden with a small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has hay, light brewing cereal, sweet malts and quite a grassy edge. Highish carbonation, lovely dry and refreshingly light mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, subdued chalkiness, light caramel. Rather bitter with hay and grass. Quite nice and thirst-quenching.

Bottle. 5.9%. Best before 11.05.13. Pours a clear, deep golden with an off-white head. Good lacing. Hoppy aroma, bordering citrus, on a malty background. Sweet and malty flavour with a twist of hops, somewhat tart. Floral note as it warms. Bitter, malty finish with an alcohol overtone and a lingering tartness. Overall okay; a decent, solid brew. Would be better if less tart though. 05.03.13.
