Somewhat disappointing. Jacobsen usually delivers quality brews, but this one was just way too sweet and heavy to handle in the long run.

75cl [email protected] with Lotte in straight [email protected] 9 degrees C. Pours dark, reddish brown with average off white head with average retention and a little lacing. Somewhat sweet and malty aroma with a hint of liquorice which is also found in the taste. Well balanced, but on the sweet, malty side with hoppy bitterness very subdued. It does appear in the aftertaste, but not really till then. Medium carbonation and easily drinkable. An allright bock, but not particularly interesting.
