COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
En stout som är en riktigt mörk öl med många fylliga smaker bland annat en ton av karamell. Namnet kommer av att mina släktingar hade hört fel eller inte kunde uttala ordet stout. dessutom är vi mycket stolta över vår stout.

Garlic_of_Doom (653) - SWEDEN - JUN 19, 2012
Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours dark brown with a brownish head. Burned (roasted, but more like burned) malt, chocolate and some sour notes in aroma. Taste is as above plus some salty notes. Bitter aftertaste. Will probably try this again when I’m not having a runny nose, to get the better out of it.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2012 bottle. black patent malt licorice / spice / soy sauce / char in the nose. dry, soft texture; light body; medium-low bitterness; medium acid. explosion of carbonation presents charred grains with airy and soft fluff, and the strong dryness and pepper / spice phenol release are well-suited.

BeerSkull (1373) - SWEDEN - MAY 24, 2012
UPDATED: AUG 24, 2012 (Bottle). Nice aroma of roasted malt and chocolate, in the smell there is also a slight note of metal. The taste is soft, but also a little thin with elements of roasted malt and chocolate. A good and nice beer but I would have liked a fuller flavor and body.
