Bottle during RBWG. Pours a clear copper with small off white head. The aroma is roast and caramel. Thin mouth with nice candy sugar, dark fruit, hides alcohol well, good. cduncan14 (138) - Sandy Springs, Georgia, USA - JAN 4, 2014
Poured into a tulip glass. Not a big nose, but some aromas of caramel, nuts, toffee. Toffee color with a thin white head. HUGE English toffee flavor, with some peanut and spicy hop flavors. Coats the mouth and lets that toffee flavor linger. Really solid barleywine that masks the 10.5% ABV. If you’re a fan of toffee, this is your barleywine. jredmond (8770) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 26, 2013

Bomber from Ale Yeah, Roswell. Pours a hazy dark red color with a thin foamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of big toffee notes and spicy, resin hops. The taste is toffee, caramel, a mild bit of anise and chocolate, and mildly assertive piney hops. Medium bodied, moderate lingering bitterness, prickly booze. Fairy straightforward barleywine, but solidly made. decaturstevo (6343) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - MAR 22, 2013
Orange almost ruby redness with creamy off white head and lace. Aroma is large dried fruit and some resiny hops. Sweet maltiness with dried fruit with a decent hop bitter. Pours a hazy copper from the bottle with thin khaki head and light lacing. Aroma of molasses, caramel, toffee, sweet malts, and booze. Taste follows, way too sweet and too boozy for me. Not so great. Atom (2578) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - NOV 20, 2012
