Tap @ The Vortex, Atlanta. Golden with a small head. Its crispness hides some of its strength. Has a light pale ale texture.

Decent old school type IPA. Big caramel maltiness with good dose of grapefruit and bitter hops. Not bad.

Poured from the tap into a 20 OZ mug at the Taco Mac in Atlanta. The appearance is a clear golden amber color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is sweet malt and light hops

It pours a golden color with a very small white head. It has a bready aroma and a floral hop aroma. I taste some tropical fruit, a nice bitterness, some pine, a floral flavor and a touch of resin. Another wonderful beer that I am glad I purchased from this brewery. Good stuff.

Bottle. Caramel nose, with some citrus, and juicy fruity chewing gum. Orange-amber color. Balanced caramel/hop initial, hops jump up a bit in mid palate, Finish is mildly sweet. Some hop tracks. Nice nose. Flavors are okay. Maybe too sweet overall.

Meh. I bought this simply to have the bottle in my IPA collection. Turned out to be an okay brew, probably won't purchase again. But I wouldn't turn it down if a friend offered me one. Then again, I'd never turn down a free beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

BIF project. Pours a vibrant golden orange, thin beige head. Moderate lacing. Big citrus oil hop aroma with a huge kick of toffee sweetness. Flavor his true to aroma. Lingering bitter finish. A bit acidic. Good IPA.

Bottle at the Vortex. Floral hop aromas. The taste follows suit with a hint of citrus. Hoppy with a less than substantial malt presence. Average body and mouthfeel.

Very tasty. Sampled at the brewery in Hampton, GA on Lockdown Thursday. Well-hopped, but it’s not one of those big mean IPA’s that punch you in the mouth. Was on the brewery tour and didn’t really take notes. More someday. Good stuff, though.
