22 oz. bottle. Pours a bright, hazy gold with a very thin head and no lacing. The aroma is lemons, lime, wheat, and white bread. The flavor is citrus sweetness and a little tartness. The palate is light to medium, acidic, and a little sticky. There is a long, sour aftertaste, but it is mild and kinda nice. Overall, this is a nice wheat ale. Nothing too surprising, but well made.

Bottle 22fl.oz.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, wheat, herbs, light yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111105]

The pour is a hazy medium yellow with a tall frothy white head. Light yeasty bready aroma. The lively carbonated brew had a flavor balanced well between the sweetness and bitterness but really didn’t go anywhere after that.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange color with a medium white head. A nice aroma of straw, some oranges and more grains. The flavor is very refreshing; sweet dry wheat, some honey and lemon, in fact this brew is tea-like. Very smooth and well carbonated.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Wheat, grain and citrus. A bit of hops. Smooth and medium bodied. Decent.

Bottle, 22oz. A small, white head sits on top of an almost clear body. Golden in color. Citrusy and lighlty herbal on the nose, not much room for maltyness. Some crackery malts. The flavor is lightly citrusy, with pale malts, some herbal notes and a little bitterness. Medium body, quite dry and effervescent. Some bitterness in the else citrusy finish. Well, sort of quenching, but not very interesting. 111105
