rated from notes: Lots of passion fruit comes through on this both on taste and in smell. Nectarine in the smell. Poured from tap and golden Amber colour with medium head. Soft hop taste. bigbish (713) - California, USA - FEB 20, 2016
I didn’t write down any tasting notes, just an overall score. An ok beer from what I can recall. floydian1 (1470) - FNQ, Australia, - MAY 8, 2015
Draught at Menzies Hotel Sydney. Copper-amber pour with average white head and lace. Hoppy aromas of citrus fruits and a trace of pine-needles on top of a biscuity malt base. Flavour is similar with a moderate bitterness. Nice clean easy drinking palate.

Draught at The Charming Squire, South Brisbane. Poured a clear dark amber with a 5mm off-white foamy head that retained OK and laced OK. Carbonation low and fine. Aroma dominated by fresh fruity/citrus hops. Taste of fresh tangy fruity hops. Light body. Crisp, clean, with a lingering nice moderately hoppy bitterness on the finish. Nice.

One of the better beers by James Squire. A copper colour with a pleasant aroma. Good combination of malt and hops. Danev76 (505) - AUSTRALIA - JUL 21, 2014
Beautiful fruity aroma. Dark golden cloudy colour with good head retention. Delicious hoppy flavours up front with long aftertaste. Medium carbonation with light to medium body. SNL (796) - - DEC 2, 2013
Nice Dark Golden, small White head.
Nice citrus aroma, fresh and hoppy taste.
Fairly long lightly bitter finish. Medium body.
Good beer. M_Sack (734) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - NOV 23, 2013
Tap. Subtle, quite spicy hop aroma. The malt and hop flavours are both present, but they're not particularly well integrated. I don't think the flavours have the necessary assertiveness to classify it as an American pale ale. Bif (2260) - St. Charles, Missouri, USA - NOV 17, 2013
On tap at the Portland Brewhouse. Served a copper color with a nic head that fades to some lacing. Aroma of citrus, bit of malt sweetness and fresh grain. Taste of citrus with a touch of pine. Mild mat swetness with a bit of caramel sweetness. Nice bitterness and a clen finish. Moderate body, crisp clean and refreshing. Enjoyable beer that goes down easy. Nice aussie take on an APA.
