2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pale amber with fast dissipating frothy white head. Grassy, lime zest and DMS aromas. Lime and fresh cut green vegetable flavours, malt doesn’t make much of an appearance in the flavour. light, watery, mildly carbonated body with a dry mouthfeel. Over all not a great beer, but might be Australia’s best macro lager? It certainly has more to offer than most of the macro swill out there and it never fails to impress my macro drinking friends.
Couldn’t get better flavour to match the heat of today. Probably odd to rate 4 beers in but that’s how long it took to quench me. Rich and balanced on the nose, couldnt wait to throw it down. The flavour hits fast, not complicated just a great balance of earthiness. Corn, old lemon, hop ghosts, one that you could drink well into the night. ladnewton (1963) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 13, 2015

345ml bottle. Pale lemon yellow; fine, facing white head. Clean and fresh but a little dull. Lemony citrus and slightly juicier red apple and grassy hop characters. Light to medium body, medium carbonation with a short, soft intensity finish. The bitterness is low but the pale malts fine so as not to appear watery - just lacks oomph.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2015 345ml bottle into glass. Sweet malt nose. Clear yellow/amber with solid white head. Light carbonation. Mineral water mouthfeel. Slight bitter finish with late touch of malt. You could drink this all day. S’alright. Hop_Hedonist (597) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JAN 26, 2015
A fair lager when you’re as thirsty as I was! Easy drinking lemony brew - inoffensive and kinda boring but more drinking pleasure than a lot of macro lagers. Ngejo (979) - Jakarta, INDONESIA - NOV 1, 2014
Tap. Clear, golden, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, thin feel, lively, & astringent finish. Kurtos (200) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - OCT 5, 2014
Quite mild and refreshing as a lager should be, and delivers a bit more flavour then alot of locally produced macro lagers, good for a few. Danev76 (505) - AUSTRALIA - JUL 27, 2014
Nice light fruity aroma. Clear golden colour with ok head. Light honey flavour and smooth finish. Light body with medium carbonation.
