anstei (1476) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - MAR 20, 2015
345ml bottle. Pours clear amber with a small head that quickly disappears. Grassy spring nose. Fruity, citric taste, a bit sour even. Still watery in the mouthfeel though. And where is the hops that produced that beautiful aroma? Killed by overcarbonization I assume. What a shame...

mild ale. Some fruitiness from the yeast and hops, no malt character to lift it up. thin body. its okay. better macrobrew than most lager options.
