ekstedt (6790) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 10, 2008
Bottle (50 cl) from Systembolaget. Clear deep copper with large tan head. Malty aroma with dark fruits, some roasted notes, along with eathy hops and some alcohol warmth. Medium bodied and smooth. Very wel balanced, not so overwhelmingly bitter and dry as many Jämtland beers.

KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 22, 2008
Lots of malt, dar dried fruit, raisins. Very full mout feel. Enoug bitternett to balance it. Another winner from Jämtland - how I’d love to have regular access to their beers...

330 ml bottle. Clear dark golden body with a big, creamy, quite dense beige head. Mild in aroma, malt, toffee, bread and some brown sugar. Flavor is quite sweet caramel malt, toast with a harsh bitterness and hint of iron. Medium body and rather harsh aftertaste. Not very nice this one, I feels a bit old and un-fresh, but still way within best before date.

Pyrmir (6107) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - APR 24, 2014
500 ml bottle. Deep golden with white head. Aroma is toast, light roasted, aromatic malt and earth. Taste has malt, basement, earth, soil with a marked and lasting bitterness.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Copper with a tan head. Interesting malty and earthy aroma and smoked malts. Caramel and smoked malts flavours. Nicely different.

OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 21, 2008
500 ml bottle. Brownish amber color. Mostly diminishing tanned cream head. Very aromatic; toasted malts, caramel, plums and raisins, burnt sugar and refined hops. Taste is full malty with a gentle sweetness and some pleasant notes of dark dried fruits and mild bittering hops. Healthy body. Malty-bitter end. A very nice one.

_angst_ (4802) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 9, 2012
500 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours hazy orange with a small white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some trace on the glass. Smell is sweet, tiny sour, malty and tiny stale with bread, caramel, grapefruit juice, unripe mango, grass, orange zest and hints of butterscotch. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter and tiny metallic with yeasty bread, orange zest, grass, caramel, resinous wood, plums, grapes and hints of toffee. Mouthfeel is round and medium bodied. Finish is bitter and tiny sweet with orange zest, grapefruit juice and caramel. A slightly off-putting smell combined with a very nice and balanced flavour combines into an overall good beer.

djoeye (4605) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAY 24, 2015
Good fawn head, clear plum red body. Aroma of juicy brown caramel, butterscotch and plum peels. Tastes sweet hops, soft caramel, plum peels, almond pudding, butterscotch and dark bread. Fine carbonation and mostly soft impression. Good and easy in the mouth. Malty finish, juicy and average lasting. Leaves a good impression overall. daje (4436) - NORWAY - JAN 14, 2013
Bottle, april 2012. Dark amber body, beige head. Aroma of vanilla and english hops, malty taste with caramel, hops, dried fruit. Decent bitterness, good malty finish. Not bad at all.

goldtwins (4320) - Nesconset, New York, USA - APR 7, 2008
Poured a clear copper color with a thin off-white head. The aroma was odd with herbal and spicy notes. A hint of smoke also poked out. Short caramel malt flavor to start with a dry spicy finish.
