Deep burgundy coloured, nice firm head. Really big chocolate aroma. Hints of orange and coffee. Big, malty body. Medium sweet and lingering balanced bitterness. Yet another solid beer from Jämtlands Bryggeri. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 12, 2005
(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful, deep bronze colour with a delicate head leaving lots of pretty laces. Has an odd bon-bon-like aroma. And a bit of the same in the flavour. Not overly sweet or cloying or exactly unpleasant, just strange. But another welcome Swedish version of an ale. 230302 cgarvieuk (24462) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 4, 2007
