Bottle. Nice saison. Aroma is lemony and grassy with a distinct earthy, barnyard yeast note. Peppercorns and fresh barley. A bit of mineral flavor in the finish. Taste starts with some light caramel malt moves into a lemony note and finishes dry with funk. Light golden amber with a nice white head that manages to be bountiful without going entirely nuts like some saisons. Mouthfeel is relatively smooth and dry. Lemon and earth sticks in the finish. Very nice.

From a bottle poured a straw color with a small amount of head. Nice light spicy malty flavor with a quick finish.

Bottle. Hazy straw with a thick foamy head with good retention. Aroma is herbal and floral with fruits, pale malt, citrus, yeast, minimal peppery notes, and a hint of sugar. Flavor is moderately acidic with floral and herbal notes, citrus, pale crispy malt, moderate bitterness, yeast, a hint of alcohol and a dry bitter finish. Medium body. Flavorful and very drinkable. A very well done saison.

head: creamy white, fairly thin
colour: yellow/gold
smell: grassy , flowery hops, lychee , yeast, alcoholic malty, bitter, sweet lemony
taste: start is peachy , malty, a little bit of a irony background , something that reminds me of white lemonade like sprite, somewhat citric , yeast , a bit of a wheaty appeal , texture is semi-dry , end/aftertaste is grainy and grassy , great saison !

Hazy light yellow body and a small white lasting rocky head. Aroma of hay, straw, flowers, raw vegetables, citrus and yeast. Light sweetness and very bitter. Long bitter finish and oily texture. A good quality beer.

Bottle thanks to someone. Pours with a clear and pale yellow body with a white head. Aroma was dank! Weed, sage, fruity, grass, and pepper. Taste of seltzer water, tropical fruit, dank and grassy. A bit watery. Very...uhh, herbal. Lively and dry mouthfeel. A good hoppy saison.

I found it very drinkable, especially for the 6.5% Alcohol. The color is blond, a little bit cloudy and the froth is persistent enough. During the tasting I could notice bananas, pears and apples feelings. Very pleasant and it seemed not to much complex to me.

Sampled from a bottle at Mondial de la bire. Hazy yellow-gold with a small white head. Not a lot of funk in the aroma, relatively speaking. There is some melon in the flavour, and no sweetness or booze. Dryish, with low carbonation. Easy drinker.

Bottle, 6.5%. Subtle teaish hop aroma. Clear dark golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is rather hoppy, like a grassy hoppy pils. Hint of fruit, soft fruits with a faint hint of citrus. From the hops or yeast, it is hard to tell. Still very clean. Good clean bitterness in the finish, along with a little dust. Well-balanced. Perhaps too clean for the style, if that is possible.

750 mL bottle at home. Hazy yellow/orange appearance with a medium sized white head. Yeasty, citrusy, and a bit spicy Belgian aroma. Yeasty, citrusy body thats a bit thin bodied, a little bit sour. Not my favorite Saison.
