UPDATED: NOV 28, 2006 [Cask at The Three Judges] Deep brown colour with a thin, tan head. Roasted malt and chocolate arma with some burnt notes on the palate. Medium, creamy mouthfeel, dry, roasty finish.
[2nd rating] Weird, much less roasted character ths time, leaning more towards fruit and sweeness, seems like a different beer.

Deep red beer, very attractive colour. Dry-ish caramel and chocolate taste with some bitterness and plain cocoa ijn the finish. Very good beer. (Cask @ Head of Steam, Newcastle)
