Cask - The White Lion, Norwich. Pours a dark golden colour with not much head to speak of. Some herby hop aromas with a hint of lemon and grapefruit. Citric sweetness to begin with on the tongue leading to quite a dry - not quite grapefruit, but almost - and grassy bitterness. On the thin side of medium in body with a fair length to the finish and low to medium carbonation.

@ The white horse. Barely no head over a bright golden inviting ale. Citrusy, fruity with a grassy touch, underlined by a malty sweetness. Flavourful, quenching toward a damn’ dry bitter ending.
