Muddy amber color with dull brown hue; medium head. Malt syrup aroma, sweet. Sweet flavor with a banana, fruity character, and low bitterness. Too little to talk about.
A decent try, to make a powerfull christmas beer. Flavour and body works fine. nybol (2371) - DENMARK - MAR 21, 2016
TorbenJensen (1573) - Valby, DENMARK - SEP 11, 2015
The smell is Christmas cakes, bread and cinnamon. The foam is high, impressive and enduring. The taste is heavy and rich and has again gingerbread, cinnamon, clove, banana and a delicate touch of orange peel. A really tasty and lovely Christmas beer, which I can only recommend that you taste. Hop bitterness has a slightly sour end. Leighton (22507) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 12, 2013
Bottle shared at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting 2013 - London. Pours clearish amber with a fine, white cream head. Rotting citrus fruits in the aroma, some sugary dough, yeast. Medium to big sweet flavor with candi sugar, wheat, doughy malts. Medium bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Sticky sweet finish with lightly toasted dough, yeast, ripe and lightly dried fruits, old bananas. So so.
