COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When you’re craving flavor, but not ready to get down with the Hop Dang Diggity, and maybe our Cooter is too malty for the moment, it’s your patriotic duty to get on ‘Merican Amber. She will bring you earth tones with a caramel rich backbone. The slightly spicy taste and floral aroma is perfectly balanced with bitterness that is true to style for an American Amber Ale.

12 oz. bb 10/18/2016. Rich nose of toasted pecan, earthy cocoa, tea leaf and toffee. Look is lightly foggy copper-amber with a big meringue foam. Tastes of toffee, toasted walnut, mild citrus zest and light cocoa. Light-medium body has mostly smooth, medium fizz and a nice balance. Very pleasant surprise.

Lemony iced tea aroma -- sweet, tannic. Misty bronze-brown. Sweetish, slightly perfumed, moderately astringent, soundly bitter. Satisfying mouthfeel. Good. On tap, at the brewery.
