COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Hop Dang Diggity Southern IPA will give you a full nose of Georgia pine aroma while the malty backbone provides for a perfectly balanced sweetness. Hopped up like a one legged chicken, this is not your standard “economical” IPA.

It is entirely likely that you may choose to not drink this IPA, but only breathe in it’s wonderful aromas... snap out of it and take a sip. Not too dry, but having just the right amount of sweetness to balance the bitter, then finishing with a refreshing clean that begs for the next taste. This hoppy style pairs well with any of your favorite spicy foods. 16° SRM 8.1 L

Bottle at home. Clear amber-bronze. Aroma is a little danky, with spruce and ripe melon, and tastes bitter and piney with some onion peel. Body is relatively light, melon and pine finish, soft fizz and pleasing.

Appearance is gold/amber with a very creamy head that lingers. Almost nitro like. Aroma is hoppy. Taste is big floral hops with a nice malt backbone. Mouthfeel is nice. Malt lingers but not ok much. *12 oz bottle into pint glass ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours cloudy deep brownish amber with low off-white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, tropical fruit. Taste is mellow fruity up front followed by a resin bitter finish. Light and smooth body with soft carbonation.

On tap at Broadway in Nashville. It poured a hazy orange color with a white head. The aroma was of pine, hops and florals. The taste was similar to the aroma with more pine, hops, florals, grapefruit, some honey and malts. Good stuff.

Bottle. Deep gold with orange highlights. Frothy off-white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of orange juice, pine, resin, toasted grain, caramel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. A hint of raw grain, but fairly clean otherwise. On the sweet side. Above average, especially nowadays with the crop of murky, off-balance, unclean IPAs coming out of start-up breweries.

Had a six pack from gas station. Mild aroma but good. Nice and bitter. Great better to pick up at gas station.

Poured from the tap into a pint glass. The appearance is a golden yellow with a large white head. The aroma is all hops. The taste is a crisp piney hop bliss. Overall, an excellent beer.

kingaugusta (298) - Georgia, USA - DEC 30, 2015
Pours clear amber with the usual frothy white head of an IPA. Nose is moderate floral hops and a touch of apple. Flavor is fairly well balanced between a fruity malt and a decent hop bouquet. Hardly a stand out but drinkable.

Bottle for Christmas courtesy of my friend Jay. Thanks! Hazy amber with a tall, foamy white head. Aroma is hoppy and floral with caramel notes and a nice malty backbone. Taste is fruity and hoppy with hop resins, floral notes, caramel, sweet malt and light aspirin on the back end. Body is medium with a creamy carbonation. Ends with more floral hops, citrus, hop resins, caramel and toasted malt.
