COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Hop Dang Diggity Southern IPA will give you a full nose of Georgia pine aroma while the malty backbone provides for a perfectly balanced sweetness. Hopped up like a one legged chicken, this is not your standard “economical” IPA.

It is entirely likely that you may choose to not drink this IPA, but only breathe in it’s wonderful aromas... snap out of it and take a sip. Not too dry, but having just the right amount of sweetness to balance the bitter, then finishing with a refreshing clean that begs for the next taste. This hoppy style pairs well with any of your favorite spicy foods. 16° SRM 8.1 L

On tap at Taco Mac. Amber pour with foamy white head. Best thing about this beer is the aroma - floral, fruity, a bit of pine - really nice. Nice juicy flavor; nice bitter bite. Some balancing caramel malt lingering in the background. At first, the body seemed a bit on the light side to me, but as I progressed through my pint it seems to suit the beer well. Nice to have such a quality IPA available locally. Well done.

On Tap. Pours hazy orange with creamy white head. Aroma is of tropical fruit, citrusy hops and caramel malt. Body is medium and tangy. Taste is similar to aroma, very hoppy. Finish is long, dry and hoppy. Excellent IPA.

Pours a clear gold body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is citrusy hops with a bready pale malt base. Not real intense on the hops, but they’re there. The flavor is moderately hoppy, with a very minimal bitternsss. Bready pale malt base, a little bit on the sweeter side. More pale ale than IPA really, the hops are pretty subdued. Light to medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Ok, but not great.

12 oz. bottle bb 11/01/2016 and indicating 6.3% abv, not 6.7 as currently show on RB. Aroma is toffee, resin and a touch of grapefruit. Mostly clear, burnt orange-amber body with a disc of beady bubbles on top. Light-medium body has a pleasant medium carbonation and a definite dry slant at the finish line. Balanced flavors of toffee and resin with a touch of mixed citrus zest. Finish has a bit of wooden hop and orange aspirin.

Bottle sampled while on Jekyll Island for M&D’s wedding. Pours a pale, golden amber body with off white head. Nose is astringent, bitter hop. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with bitter pine resin, spice and light malt. Not awful.

Bottle at home. Clear amber-bronze. Aroma is a little danky, with spruce and ripe melon, and tastes bitter and piney with some onion peel. Body is relatively light, melon and pine finish, soft fizz and pleasing.

On tap at Broadway in Nashville. It poured a hazy orange color with a white head. The aroma was of pine, hops and florals. The taste was similar to the aroma with more pine, hops, florals, grapefruit, some honey and malts. Good stuff.

Bottle. Deep gold with orange highlights. Frothy off-white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of orange juice, pine, resin, toasted grain, caramel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. A hint of raw grain, but fairly clean otherwise. On the sweet side. Above average, especially nowadays with the crop of murky, off-balance, unclean IPAs coming out of start-up breweries.
