[Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen] A hazy orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light note of fruit. The flavor is sweet and rather hoppy giving it a citrus notes and a good and rather bitter end. The body is thin.

[email protected] Deep golden colour, meidumsized creamy white head. Lacing. Aroma is peas, cooked vegetables some fruity malts and yeast. Flavour is fruity hops and sourishbitter notes, quite wooden. Quite nice flavour, but aroma was quite bad.

21st March 2008. Very mild bitter with a creamy head. Tame citrus hops and a dry finish.

Cask (handpump) at the Olde Bulls Head, Beaumaris, Anglesey, October 2005. Pale amber colour with a creamy, off-white head. Slipped down easily. Not much aroma. A smattering of citric hop on the palate to provide refreshment with just a hint of dry malt for more body. But its really just a decent, straightforward, quaffing bitter, with nothing really to distinguish it from hundreds of others. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, provided you’re not looking for too much to scrutinise and analyse.

Cask Conditioned
Clean golden color. The aroma is a bit cheesy. The flavor is not surprising, but at least there is some malt; the hopping is decent, well bitter, butterscotch, lightly aromatic and metallic. Quite pleasant.
