Cask [ gravity ] at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear medium brown amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, roasted, berry, spicy. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, with a peppery finish. [Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen] A deep red beer with a bubbly light brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of berries. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of toffee and berries, leading to a dry bitter end, where light notes of toffee still lingers around. Cask @ Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a clear dark amber colour with a small off-white head. Fruity malty caramel aroma. Malty slighty roaste flavor with some hints of coffee and caramel. Fruity malty roasted finish with some bitterness.
