Denne øl er brygget på eget bryggeri. Øllen er brygget med den største omhu og kærlighed til råvarernes gode kvalitet. En øl med rig og speciel karakter.
Skal der være lidt mere smag og farve så er "Red Ale" svaret. Dyp rød farve med en smule sødme - et godt alternativ til en classic.

Tap at Brewpub in Fredrikshavn. Deep red with nice head. A nice beer but surprisingly short "aftertaste"

Fra fat (planke) på Jerry’s Restaurant & Bryghus, Frederikshavn, sammen med Einar: lett uklar rødlig kobber med flott skum som varer. Igjen et maltdrevet øl, denne gangen med grillmarinade på nesen. Smaken minner om kokt frukt og syltetøy. Hvor i alle dager har de gjort av humlen? Hadde jeg brygget dette selv hadde selvtillliten forduftet.

Draught at the brewpub in Fredrikshavn, Copenhagen. Clear copper/deep golden beer with a nice lasting offwhite/beige head. Malty caramel aroma, buttery, toffee, fruity notes. Malty bready flavor, notes of berries, butter, dough, some caramel. Decent.

As "Jerrys Red Ale".
Hazy copper color, small off-white head. Sweet, malty, bisquit, some hoppy scent, a bit metallic. Mainly mineral, English sweet malty taste. Thin, mineral, grainy aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium low bitterness.
