Une bière fruitée noire; prune, cassis, malt caramel, je note ce côté pomme caramélisée donnant un fini sucré.

Clear medium to dark red amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, light nutty - leather. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramel nutty bitter, overripped dark fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively, finish feel has metalic notes.

A lovely deep ruby-red with a fine, staying, creamy, off-white head. Lovely laces. Aroma is sweet, some slight butterscotch, light grainy, some milky chocolate. High carbonation, fair creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has a dusty malts edge to it, some caramel, light milky chocolate, a hint of cellar. Long, lingering cocoa-buttery finish with some fine dryness.
Chestnut with a marbled tan foam. Glace cherry and ripe plum aroma rolled in cocoa and powdered milk- sweet, but good. Bottle @ home. Aroma is dusty, light swampy malt with some spices, not very appealing. Flavour is strong (roasted) malt, caramel, faint fruit.

(Bottled) Very nice blood red color with a steady, tanned and cloudy, lacy head. Spicy, caramely, brown sugary nose. Flavor is roasted-malty, caramely, medium-sweet, lightly spicy. A well-made and balanced bruin. 5336
