weaselkenievil (1608) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - APR 10, 2011
Bottle. Poured dark red brown with a good sized frothy pale brown head. Not a fan of this at all. Had an unpleasant medicinal quality, something like elderflower, too sweet, some caramel and chocolate. Didn’t like it.

sebletitje (10536) - Enghien, BELGIUM - MAR 20, 2011
draft @ Festival brassicole Tournai. Brune avec un col beige/ocre. Une bière fruitée noire; prune, cassis, malt caramel, je note ce côté pomme caramélisée donnant un fini sucré. Bière légère en bouche mais avec un bon tenant sirop/sucré.

fonefan (52906) - VestJylland, DENMARK - FEB 16, 2011

Bottle 330ml. @ home.

Clear medium to dark red amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, light nutty - leather. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramel nutty bitter, overripped dark fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively, finish feel has metalic notes. [20110206]

thewolf (12987) - Kolding, DENMARK - NOV 27, 2010
Bottle, bought @ EG.
A lovely deep ruby-red with a fine, staying, creamy, off-white head. Lovely laces. Aroma is sweet, some slight butterscotch, light grainy, some milky chocolate. High carbonation, fair creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has a dusty malts edge to it, some caramel, light milky chocolate, a hint of cellar. Long, lingering cocoa-buttery finish with some fine dryness.

DruncanVeasey (8585) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - NOV 15, 2010
Chestnut with a marbled tan foam. Glace cherry and ripe plum aroma rolled in cocoa and powdered milk- sweet, but good. Fine and lactic with a pleasant squidgy blend of nectarine and orange, molasses and milk chocolate-coated raisins. Rounded, tasty stuff.

dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - NOV 10, 2010
Bottle @ home. Aroma is dusty, light swampy malt with some spices, not very appealing. Flavour is strong (roasted) malt, caramel, faint fruit. Not bad, just boring.

ekstedt (7031) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 1, 2010
Bottle (33 cl) from Etre Gourmet. Clear reddish brown with creamy beige head. Earthy malt aroma with some burnt sugar and alcohol. Medium bodied and smooth. Sharp alcoholic bitterness. Not a good bruin.

thebeertourist (5188) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 30, 2010
Bottle from Bier Tempel, Brussels. Dark brown with a lacing head. Nice yeasty caramel aroma. Malty molasses flavours, semi-dry finish. Belgian craftmanship.

sayravai (4711) - Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 22, 2010
(Bottled) Very nice blood red color with a steady, tanned and cloudy, lacy head. Spicy, caramely, brown sugary nose. Flavor is roasted-malty, caramely, medium-sweet, lightly spicy. A well-made and balanced bruin. 5336
