Classica triple d’abbazia, maltata, fruttata, con un accenno di sour/citrico. Di un bel giallo paglierino, con schiuma bianca poco persistente. L’aglio non si sente.

Bottle. Aroma had flowers, hoppy, sour, fresh. Poured misty blond with a white head. Lot of carbo. Fruity citrus taste, mild bitter. Fizzy mouthfeel, bitter finish.

Somehow I didn’t rate this one. Good thing I have a spare bottle in my beercupboard. Clear yellow with a medium sized white head. Smells malts, slightly sour, fresh. Tastes malts, fresh, slightly yeasty. Medium body, nice crisp carbo.

[email protected] Eco-café, Borgerhout. Hazy golden colour, white foam. Disappears quickly. Lively carbonation. Malty with spicy notes. Light sweet, light bitter. Not very well balanced but ok.

Aroma of sweet fruits, yeast, spicy notes, malt, floral notes, hint of hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Decent Triple with a nice bitterness. I couldn’t really make out the garlic.
