Bottle shared with Deanso. Pours slightly hazy golden with white head. Aroma has spice, herbs, sugar and garlic. Flavour has pepper, clovers, fruit, caramel and light garlic overlapping into the finish. Medium carbonation and a pretty good balance considering the strangeness of the beer. deanso (10133) - Chiang Mai, THAILAND - JUL 13, 2011
33cl bottle from a work colleague shared with Kermis.
Good fine white head. Very hazy blond pour. Interesting beer, hard to place. There’s sweetness and garlic in the after-taste. Interesting and odd at the same time gunnfryd (14872) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 9, 2011

Draught @ OBM’11:
Regular white head on top of a clear yellow colorered beer.
Smell fruits, grains, malts, herbs and a hint of gas.
Taste fruit, gas, spices (spicy), bitter, hops, soap, herbs, wheat.
Fruity bitter aftertaste.
Low carbo, soft tingly mouthfeel, medium body and a light watery texture.

750ml bottle shared by Travlr. Pale yellow, interesting oily head. The garlic doesn’t dominate, rather adds an interesting herbal earthiness. Quite unique, more balanced than I’d expect from a garlic beer. Floral, herbal, and interesting twist. Soft and creamy, a little odd. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - MAY 15, 2011
75cl bottle, thanks Travlr. Small white head, hazy apple cider body. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange, some Belgian yeast, light garlic. Taste is moderately sweet, orange, light seltzer, Belgian yeast. Soft medium body. CaptainCougar (7133) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - MAY 15, 2011
Bottle shared by Travlr: Pours a clear deep golden with a stringy-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet biscuity malty nose with some fruity esters. Starts with pretty good fullness and sweet biscuity light caramel maltiness with a hint of peppery spice, but not a whole lot of garlic flavor. Finishes with a lightly sweet malty floral hoppiness. Could use a little more prominent garlic character, but its presence is pretty tasty. BeerandBlues2 (13320) - Escondido, California, USA - MAY 15, 2011
Bottle shared by Travlr. Pours lightly hazy gold with a large, frothy white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, cookie, straw), light hops (herbal), and light esters (apple/pear) with notes of garlic and sugar. Flavor is average malt (bread, cookie, straw), light hops (herbal), and light esters (apple/pear) with notes of garlic and sugar. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation with a dry finish. erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - APR 17, 2011
Orange-brown light hazy body with snow white frothy head. Clove, hazelnut, ginger, earthy and very little bublegum. Quite nice and not standard Belgian tripel. Great lacing. Quite easy to drink with a nice full taste that balances pretty heavy sweets with just enough bitterness. Fine carbonation. This one was better than I expected. Fine sweet Belgian beer. Garlic isn’t listed on my bottle and not found either. (75cl bottle)
