33 cL bottle thanks to Ungstrup. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Very herbal garlic aroma. Flavour is soft malty but mainly heavy garlic flavour. Soft finish, once I get past the garlic it is okay but the garlic aroma ruines this beer for me. Ungstrup (38141) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 30, 2007
Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thick lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of garlic. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of spices (normal beer spices like coriander etc.) as well as garlic, leading to a dry bitter and spicy finish. The body is thicker than medium. joergen (28753) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 10, 2008

Pint Pub, Helsinki. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized whie head. Aroma is caramel, hops, some yeast and alot of fruity notes. Flavour is quite attacking Belgian blonde with spices and fruits. Flavour and aftertaste is kinda garlic if you know what to look for.
Bottle at the Back Door in Gent. Nice bio tripel with light spice, black pepper & coriander. Very tasty omhper (25372) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - APR 2, 2007
Bottled. Hazy golden, small head. Strong aroma of ripe red apples. Sweet and fruit with evident yeast character. Rounded mouthfeel with some lively carbonation. Feels like a standard offereing from de Proef with no flaws, but also nothing to separate it from the mainstream Belgian ales. And at 8% I require more character from a beer. cgarvieuk (25322) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 9, 2009
330ml bottle at home from my 2009 belgian beer trip ... crisp light amber in colour ... with a nice easy soft bready yeasty nose ... flavour is smokey ... with a little woody and yeasy ... as well as a little salty ... all in all nice if fairly uninspired, but easily drinkable madmitch76 (25101) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 18, 2009
17th August 2008. Hazy golden beer. Unusual taste - it’s bitter throughout with a dry finish. But there is a couple of sweet notes of bubblegum and sugar. The aftertaste is hop bitterness. Found this slightly hard work.
