Bottle. Nose of apricot, vanilla, yogurt, just a touch of vinegar. Pale salmon-orange-golden color with lace. Tart apricot flavor, yogurt, nice level of acidity. Would love to try this next to a Foufoune. Much less acidic, plus more lactic and very drinkable. Great. jtclockwork (17353) - , New Jersey, USA - DEC 13, 2014

4 dec 2014, bottle. Light yellow, almost clear, some sediment. Nose is dry, earthly, lightly tart. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Almost a bit of woody dryness, apricot comes out in the taste, crisp, lightly tart, slightly sweet. Really good tart but not much. vtafro (7444) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - NOV 22, 2014
Bottle thanks Pete. Yellow orange pour with white head. Light apricots and fruit tart aromas. Tart apricots, other sour tones, off flavors, missing a sweetness. cpetrone84 (1810) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 16, 2014
Pour is pale golden amber, faint haze, small amount of tight white head. Nose is heavy unripened apricot, rather rich pie filling esq., light grain notes, a bit perfumy, faint hay note. Taste is even more perfume, lots of apricots, a bit sweet and fleshy. Some lactic acid, faint sourness. Light body, a touch syrupy, slick, moderate carb.

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2015 500ml bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with a quickly - dissipating, white head. Aroma of apricots, sourness/tartness, some light malts, hints of oak, and some light wheat-like softness. Flavor the same with a nice blend of the apricots and sour beer. Average texture. A really good beer. EDIT: 12/2015. Old batch of this. Held up to West Ashley and Abricot du Fermier. Maybe not as fruity but it was light and refreshing and clean. 3.9 -> 4.2. kidmartinek (5007) - austin, Texas, USA - OCT 29, 2014
