Poured a 750ml bottle into a Jester King flute. No freshness date.
Aroma: Yeast funk, wheat malt, slight sour.
Appearance: Pale, cloudy yellow. White head dissipates almost instantly on both pours. Thick yeast sediment hiding at the bottom of the bottle presents itself on last pour.
Taste: Grainy wheat malt with a lactic sour taste. Citrusy fruit there as well. Just what you’d expect from a Berliner Weiss.
Palate: Crisp and highly carbonated. Very drinkable.
Overall: Great session beer. I enjoy Austin Beerworks Einhorn a little better, but this hit the spot for an after work pre-dinner drink.
Poured a clear yellow color with aromas of lemon and light tart wheat. Flavors match the and roams light and not overly tart, meh, disappointing wanted more from this. Thanks DJ for the bottle. Artistdave (65) - Austin, USA - SEP 2, 2014
Really sour, but not in a bad way, just real one dimensional. Not much carbonation. Slight phenolic, very lean. But not bad on hot day MikeLuke23 (83) - Tampa, Florida, USA - AUG 9, 2014
Very light slightly tart. Nice lacto & yeast flavor. Very dry and drinkable. merc7186 (3142) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - MAY 7, 2014

Pours a golden yellow, very cloudy. Yeast and tart notes top the aroma. On the palate, tartness abounds, some yeast giving it a very chewy mouthfeel. Not much in the way of actual flavor though.

At my place with some friends who don’t give a shit about beer. Cloudy murky yellow. Aroma is yeast bomb, but not in a belgiumy fruit kinda way, just straight yeast like what you would pitch into home brew. Some wheat, and orange. Taste is a vile of yeast, some sweet orange and lemon. Finish is medium length and citric but the gross yeast is still there. arminjewell (9688) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - NOV 14, 2013
Pour on tap at GABF, slightly hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought tart lemon, biscuit, hints of cracker, yeasty notes with lots of grainy, corn notes. Taste is a bit of oak, lemon and lactic notes, hints of cracker with a touch of spice, finishing fairly tart, slightly dry. jkwood04 (5448) - Connecticut, USA - SEP 12, 2013
750ml bottle in a tulip. Pours golden with a small, white head. Aroma of barnyard and lemon notes, some pale malts, and light wheat notes. Flavor the same with a nice funk to it. Average texture. A decent Berliner, but something is a little off. Travlr (25173) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 26, 2013
Bottle courtesy of GT2, thanks! Hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma of subtle belly button. Taste is softly sour and fruity, but a bit metallic. DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - AUG 25, 2013
Decent beer thanks GT2 bomber, hazy lemonade light not very sour but easy to drink GT.
