From what looked like a Cask @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Looks nice with a deep dark almost purple blurry red colored bocy. A SMALL sidesticking white head is also in place here leaving nice laceworks. Really fruity sour red berry nose here. Tones of both cherries, tannins, brett, mild sorrel and raspberries. Yea, nice. It’s really think and almost slurpy in the mouth! A fair amount of brett and sour wood here, but a sweetness from cherries, strawberries and red currants lies lurking in the back. Lots of flavor in a really really delicious beer. 02.05.2014 TheJestersBeer (2430) - SWEDEN - MAY 30, 2016
Draft @ Mikkeller CBC 2014.
Ruby red, no head.
Dry, medium bodied, low bitterness, low CO2.
Grapey, cherries (?), wood, funk, citrus. Not overly impressed at the time. (2014-05 backlog) jhamp9 (1860) - Corinth, Texas, USA - MAY 28, 2016
Clear purple red pour with a fizzy pink head that fades quickly. Aroma is jammy berry, grape skin, and earthy funk. Taste is tart grape, grape skin, berries, and earthy. Lightly tart. Dry finish. Light body. Very easy drinking. cobaink2 (690) - seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 19, 2016
Bottle from the masonry. Pours with a cherry wine like hue. Pretty interesting because you get tannins of grapes and a bit of the funk from the Brett. Little bit of orange juice in there as well. Lots of things going on there.

bottle. Pours clear ruby red, with nearly no head. Incredibly subtle aroma of freshly squeezed grapes, pinot noir alike character from north of Burgundy / south of Alsace, clean, cherries, some green notes from "raffles". Light body, lightly sour but loads of tannin tartness coming from the grapes. This is going very close to a petnat ("pétillant naturel") wine, sublte and great in its simplicity. This is what real "sour ales" (as in not lambics) should be about rather than those overly sour beers. phaleslu (10247) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 28, 2016
Bottle shared by djd07 at the hotel lobby fart share. Thanks again, DJ! Pours a cloudy ruby color with a small white head that settles into a ring. Notes of vanilla, oak, grapes, florals, wild berries, spice, and wheat. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a tart, floral mouthfeel. Another solid one. mR_fr0g (12067) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 13, 2016
Bottle shared at rbwg 2016. Many thanks to DJ. For this one. Clear purple pink. Light pink head. Aroma is raspberry yogurt. Woody, mould, raspberry.
