Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, moderate yeasty, oak. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, fruity, yeasty, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120928]

On tap at Borefts 2012, Bodegraven. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a fine, white cream head. Big of funk and white bread in the nose, light lemon. Fresh flavor, lightly sweet, with good tartness, light anise, lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately dry to finish, very crisp with mellow funk and a slight herbal character. Extremely drinkable stuff.
