Bottle (750 ml). Clear bright golden with a medium fully lasting white head and good lacing. Aroma is of brettanomyces, tropical fruits, light wine, oak and light spices. Taste is mildly sour with brettanomyces, tropical fruits, winey notes, oak, light peppery presence and yeast. Light body. Moderate to good carbonation. Slightly dry and winey mouthfeel. Despite being mild and amazingly drinkable, this beer is also quite complex. The barrel treatment is really well done. Another superb Sour from Jester King!

[email protected] Golden hazy. Two finger well lasting foam. Citrus leather vinous. Very Brett. Tarte dry. Medium smooth mouthfell. Intense. Maybe a little crazy too.

Pour is hazy golden with white little white head. Aroma of brett, hay, green apples, light yellow fruits, oak. Taste has lots of oak, wine, brett, green apples (a bit too much), nice sourness. Low body and good carbonation. Pretty good but i find the green apples to be too much present.

A decent saison. Pours a nice slightly cloudy orange. Smells like lemon and coriander. Taste is average, dry and carbonated. Basic saison, with some hoppiness in the finish. Refreshing, and not a dirty flavor like many saisons, but a little forgettable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pretty decent- I like the hop presence to earthiness ratio. Unique, easy drinking earthy beer.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. This is a blurry yellow golden one with a small bubbly white head. Fantastic on the nose. Fresh, citrus, brett, grass, light tart and just in general, this smells amazing. Not as sour as the aroma suggested, more dry and slightly tart. Quite fruity actually. Thin soft on the mouthfeel with a soft carbonation level. Citrus zest and brett. As mentioned thought it would have a more sour punch, but the little it has is enough. A great tasting session beer. 04.05.2013

Slow gusher. Consider yourself warned. Deep, cloudy orange.. with more yeasty haze as you get closer to the bottom. Opens a bit horsey and barnyardy, though layers of tart peach, apricot, tropical fruit and floral citrus quickly dominate the aroma and flavor. The mouthfeel is light and creamy, with a slightly tart, dry and refreshing finish. Super easy to drink! Flavors of wild yeast and stonefruits linger on the palate. The mouthfeel is awesome! So light, yet so full and creamy.. And packed full of flavor. Overall, very balanced and fairly complex.. a TON of flavor for 4.5% ABV. --- tasted while on a long journey to understand the world around me...
