Pours a hazy/cloudy yellowish orange with white head. Very carbonated. Oak, brett, a bit of vanilla, funk, and citrus on the nose follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes tart and dry. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

4 oz sample. Pour was light straw and totally opaque. Very unique looking. My wife said it looked like "sailor pee" and I couldn’t really argue. Farmhouse funky aroma. Okay, this is my 8th sample. They are all starting to taste the same. Light hay, mild fruit with a lot of yeastiness. I’m not sure I’m getting the barrel aging flavor in here. Still, this one is spicy, funky and dry. A good effort.

Cloudy orange color with a foam ring. Sour nose with hints of a yeasty saison. The taste is dry, sour, has a foamy carbonation and a weird milky mouth feeling. Dry aftertaste.

750ml bottle (thanks Mart). Clear golden color. Huge size, thick white head, stays. Ricotta, farmhouse, faint leather, fruity in aroma. Fruity, yeasty, blackcurrant skins, twiggy, moldy in taste. White wine or grape bunch roots in aftertaste. Dry mouthfeel. Nice brew.

Bottle. Really, 4.5%ABV? I would have guessed more, because it has lots to offer. White wine character, crispy fizzy carbonizated. Beautiful!

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2015 Bottle, many thanks anstei! Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is funk, fruity, hints of Brausetablette. Taste is minerally, fruity, good lacto tartness, very pleasant. Some white wine feeling there. Very calm, but definitely pleasant carbonation. An excellent low-ABV Sour Ale.
